The results were bad again. A's sperm don't move at all. They are either dead or completely still.
We have an appointment next Friday with a urologist to determine if this is treatable.
I am sad for what this means for us, but my heart really breaks for my sweet husband. I have never seen him so crushed.
If anyone has any experience with this, we could really use some information. We don't know what kind of questions to expect or what kind of tests might be run. Dr. Google isn't much help, as it seems this condition is pretty rare.

My heart hurts for you, my friend. I was holding my breath waiting for your post and I was hoping it would be good news. I hope that your appointment with the urologist goes well and that they will be able to provide you with some options.
I am so sorry to hear this- praying and hoping that the urologist can help easily and quickly.
Thinking of you.
Usually cannot say "I know how you feel" but I kind of due. Sorry to hear about the SA. 0% motility must be rough BUT, that does mean you have sperm... IVF with ICSI anyone? I know it's a lot of money to do ART procedures, but you've got options my dear.
Prayers for a good urologist that can be gentle and tell it like it is. The good, the bad, and the worst.
My husband was also crushed by his diagnosis. You know, it's a grieving process like all others.
Hang in there.
I came from LFCA. :)
I have PCOS and hubby only had 20 sperm that were viable. Out of the 40 million or so that he produced. It was a really hard blow and I'm so sorry you have to go through this. It will take a long time to grieve. We decided to go to adoption instead of the ART procedures and 9 months later, we were placed with a darling daughter. I hope whatever you decide, that you will find peace. Hugs!
Lu I am so sorry about this news. I am thinking about you guys.
Oh honey, my heart is breaking for you and your precious husband. I hope you can find the answers and options you need soon, and will be thinking of you.
Please don't give up hope. There are options out there. The urologist can help you. You may have to go with donor sperm (we have a vial in storage somewhere). Take a deep breath. Again, there are options out there for you.
I can recommend taking a look at http://mommyinwaiting.wordpress.comand her husband's blog http://hopelesslyttc.wordpress.com/. THey had no sperm at all and were told there was no hope, found a different doctor, and he has now been treated and has sperm...
My hubby has no sperm. He was/is devastated.
It is the immediate shock that gets you I think. And suddenly your whole world changes on the words of that doctor.
I am so sorry :-(

Lulu - again this is the hardest kind of news to get. Especially after all of the treatment that you have been thru already. Its like all of the hope you might have had just disappeared. Everything is different now. I know. and my heart breaks for you and you husband.
So, Yeah, I left you a comment on your earlier post, that shares my advice - get thee to a top notch UR ASAP. There is hope that you can get sperm for IVF ISCI in most cases. In our case, we tried everything, and are now proceeding with donor sperm. I swore at the beginning of this that we would never consider ds. After lots of time to grieve, I am now grateful that it is an option.
Things are going to get harder before they get better, but I promise that they will get better. hang in there.
